CREATING YOUR BLUEPRINT FOR SUCCESS

So how does this all work?

First up, we start with a free, 30 minute, confidential, obligation-free call to see if we're a good fit. Assuming we are, over the course of a defined period of time, we will have bi-weekly sessions, where we will go through content tailored for you, (which will be yours to keep) plus discuss whatever is coming up for you.

Through our time together, we will collaborate continuously and pivot to what you need to enable you to gain valuable insights, tools and clarity for you to have the most impact. During the whole period, you will also have access to me via email or calls if there is something urgent you need support with.

Having worked for both small boutique agencies and multi-national networks, across three continents, chances are I have experienced the same challenges and opportunities for growth as you. This enables me to see the big-picture, join the dots, and laser focus on developing the skills and capabilities that will serve you best.

Creative leaders, usually Creative Director level or above, can work with me on an individual basis. (The most popular choice.) They can also work with me within a group, with a hybrid structure of both group delivered content and individual coaching. (Most often preferred by agency instigated clients.) I can also work with people with roles other than creative at various levels, as often similar fears, self-limiting beliefs and opportunities for growth crop up across seniority and departments.

Payment for my services can be made by individuals, through training budgets of their agency, or a combination of both.

ONE-ON-ONE CREATIVE LEADERSHIP COACHING

By far, the most popular choice, especially amongst female leaders, this course is aimed at Creative Director level and above. (Although content can be adapted to ACD level.) It entails 8, 60-90 minute sessions over four months. Plus, you will have access to me throughout our time together if things come up you need support with. Session times are flexible, depending on commitments. We collaborate together at the beginning and through our time together to find the areas of most value to you. You will be empowered to rise to your best and depending on individual needs, we'll cover a variety of these topics.

Finding your brand and leadership style, awards strategy and case-studies, boundaries, delegation and celebration, top tips for success, building your internal and external profile, creative tools for success, all things people, being inspiring and inspired, judging and lifting the work, redefining your role and responsibilities, building your department and inter-departmental relationships. growing creative directorship, increasing intuition, nurturing brave client choices and more. Whatever you need to unlock your best you, I can help.

GROUP COACHING

Often the preferred choice of agency or creative heads, this format delivers content in either a full group model (8, 90 minute sessions with pre-determined content delivered to the group) or a hybrid model (8, 90 minute sessions - 4 delivered to the group and 4 individual development sessions for each person in the group.) Content can be developed for creative leaders or mixed agency roles. Time within each session will be allocated to questions.

Group topics can be determined with agency or creative heads, and can cover everything from leadership, creative excellence and nurturing client relationships, to pitching new business and more. Individual sessions will be curated in collaboration with each person.

MIXED AGENCY ONE-ON-ONE COACHING

Either monthly or bi-weekly coaching for different people across different agency roles, including creative, med-ed, strategy, account project management and more. Coaching can be over a defined period, or on-going.

Often, the same issues of imposter syndrome, fear of failure and self-limiting beliefs arise. Understanding issues form a different perspective, looking at the bigger picture - or gaining tools and understanding of simple empowerment strategies can help.

Utilising the power of boundaries, delegation and celebration, getting clarity on your own superpowers, the value of team-work, presentation skills, negotiating for what you want, creating culture...there are so many areas where coaching can help.

Sometimes its great for account people to understand how to get the best from their creative team. Or for the creative team to understand more fully the business needs and requirements of management. Or for strategists to work more closely with creative leaders in the development of briefs. Whatever you need, I am happy to help.

CREATIVE LEADERS' RETREATS

How would you like a full three day retreat at heaven on Earth, 3 hours North of Sydney Australia, where you can fully immerse into all things you need and want to learn.

You will be staying at my specially created retreat space, just 25 minutes from such of the world's most beautiful beaches (that's official) deep in nature. There is the option to extend the time here and tap into the community of incredible healers, including yoga, reiki, human design, emotional neural therapy and more.

Come with others, or book your own personalised retreat with content that we plan together before we meet. Everything from finding your leadership style, to inspiring the work to empowering your people - I can design your own retreat blueprint for success. Or, if there are a few of you, decide what the group wants, and I will plan accordingly. A group retreat can be more cost effective and suitable, especially if you are aligned on what you want to receive. Individual retreats and groups up to four are catered for. I deliberately keep groups small to ensure individual attention and everyone gets the time and coaching they need.
