So how does this all work?
Masterclasses are designed for creatives and sometimes strategists for group learning to lift competency of the group as a whole. They can be followed up with one on one sessions for individuals or teams to further develop the skills learnt. Content covers Creating Award Winning Case Study entries, Selling Brave Work to Clients, Pitching and Growing Organic Business and more.
Individual coaching is tailored to improve the confidence and capabilities of each individual. First up, we start with a free, 30 minute, confidential, obligation-free call to see if we're a good fit. Assuming we are, over the course of a defined period of time, we will have bi-weekly sessions, where we will go through content tailored for you, (which will be yours to keep) plus discuss whatever is coming up for you.
Through our time together, we will collaborate continuously and pivot to what you need to enable you to gain valuable insights, tools and clarity for you to have the most impact. During the whole period, you will also have access to me via email or calls if there is something urgent you need support with.
Having worked for both small boutique agencies and multi-national networks, across three continents, chances are I have experienced the same challenges and opportunities for growth as you. This enables me to see the big-picture, join the dots, and laser focus on developing the skills and capabilities that will serve you best.

Creative leaders, usually Associate Creative Director level or above, can work with me on an individual basis. (The most popular choice.) They can also work with me within a group, with a hybrid structure of both group delivered content and individual coaching. (Most often preferred by agency instigated clients.) I can also work with people with roles other than creative at various levels, as often similar fears, self-limiting beliefs and opportunities for growth crop up across seniority and departments.
Payment for my services can be made by individuals, through training budgets of their agency, or a combination of both.
